New Hampton scored a league win on Thursday night, downing South Kent 82-72 to move to 4-4 in the league. After a back and forth start, New Hampton opened up a 14 point lead in the first half before heading into the break up 38-29. The Huskies proceeded to blow the game open the second frame, leading by as many as 22. South Kent staged a bit of a late rally, but only pulled within 8 in the final seconds. AJ Turner '15 (New Haven, MI) led the way with 22 points, while John Crosby '15 (Baltimore, MD) added 14 and Tyler Lydon '15 (Elisaville, NY) chipped in with 13. With Long Weekend, the Huskies will be off until next Friday, when they travel to Kimball Union.
