New Hampton defeated Notre Dame Prep 77-66 on Sunday night as part of the Frank Monahan Invitational at Bishop Brady High School in Concord, NH. The Huskies came out hot in the opening frame, mixing stout defense and a fluid offense to head into the break up 43-23. Notre Dame Prep made several runs in the second half, but never got within 11 while the Husky lead ballooned up to 23. All 14 Huskies in uniform saw the court and were led by John Crosby '15 (Baltimore, MD) with 19 points. AJ Turner '15 (New Haven, MI) and Tyler Lydon (Elisaville, NY) also were in double figures, with 17 and 16 respectively. The Huskies are back in action on Wednesday when they return home for the first time in three weeks to face Holderness.
