New Hampton defeated Holderness on Wednesday afternoon by a count of 75-53. The Huskies used a 17-0 run in the first half to open up a 42-19 lead at the break. The second half saw the Huskies lead by as much as 32 on their way to victory. All 15 Huskies in uniform saw significant minutes, while 10 found the scoring column. Tyler Lydon '15 (Elisaville, NY) led the way with 18 points, while Max Rothschild '15 (Chicago, IL) scored 11 and Danny Levitt '15 (Montreal, Quebec) added 9. The Huskies return to action on Friday as part of the New Hampton Invitational. The first matchup wiil see Tilton School pitted against Wooster Academy at 6 PM, while the Huskies will face off against Lee Academy in the second half of the doubleheader at 8 PM.
