Win on the road

After a long ride to Ashburnham, Mass the Men's JVA Soccer team had a long warm up.  As the Penguins took the field and started to warm up the Huskies got more focused and were ready to have the first win in several years.  We weren't sure what to make of the Cushing team at first, but it was clear soon after the whistle that  the Huskies strong defense and aggressive offense were going to dominate.  Griffin Taylor ended up with a hat trick in the striker position.  Jake, Chase, Tosin, and Quinn were all able to shut down their most aggressive player which seemed to stall their offense. As the Penguins became frustrated with the depth of our team we were able to try players at different positions. We left the field undefeated for the season and ready to take on a lakes region team next.
