Huskies come back late vs. Worcester

New Hampton improved to 22-3 on the season with a win over Worcester Academy on the road. The Huskies struggled to get off the bus in the first half. Chad Cook led us with 10 in the first half and his consistent effort and physicality kept us a float. Mason Blackwood dropped a hammer at the buzzer to give us a 1 point lead at the half.
 
The 2nd half started similar to the second, but later in the half a burst of energy given by Ty Tabales and Gus Fried led New Hampton on a 22-0 run which closed out the game.
 
Huskies had 3 in double figures: Mason Blackwood (20 points, 8 rebounds, 1 steal), Chad Cook (19 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists), Nasir Meyer (14 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals). Huskies also had big contributions off the bench: Ty Tabales (8 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals) and Gus Fried (8 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals).
