New Hampton School traveled to URI on Saturday to take on Toronto Prep in the National Prep School Invitational Tournament. The Huskies had the late night game but you couldn’t tell by the energy the Huskies played with. They ran the floor well and played hard on the defensive end. The Huskies took a 12-point lead into the half time. Ryan Thuma helped put the Huskies way out in front by hitting his first three 3-point shots. Andre Hardy led all scorers with 27 points. Radar Onguetou had 16 points and 11 rebounds. The Huskies defeated Toronto Prep by the score of 90-60. The Huskies will play Tilton School on Wednesday, Feb 15 at 5 PM. The Huskies move to 20-9 on the season.
