Huskies Fall Short

The Huskies traveled to Lake Sunapee Country Club today to take on Proctor Academy. In the first group Mark Belcher shot a 3 over par 38 to halve his match. In the second group off the tee playing in the 4 spot, Matt Homer shot a 7 over par 42 and closed out his match on the seventh green. In the final pairing, Colin Flanders playing in the 5 spot, posted an impressive 4 over par 39. Any other day that score would win a match in the 5 spot. Today however his opponent posted one shot better and closed out the match on the final hole. Other notable scores were Jack Kidd shooting a 44, and Eli Arvidson carding a 7 over 42. Newcomer Sean Connors shot 52.
