Huskies Rally in Third to Beat Lakes’ Region Rival

CONCORD, NH—

The Huskies were back on the road to face off against their lakes region, rival St. Paul’s school. Both teams started off strong and had their chances early in the game. The first period was back-and-forth, but no one was able to capitalize on their chances. 0-0 going into the second. The Huskies came out, flying in the second eager to take the lead. Goaltender Elizabeth Vincent ‘27 had answers for each of St. Paul’s’ shots, making save after save. Trinity Walsh ‘25 scored the first goal of the game off a beautiful feed from Julia Loughlin ‘25. However, St. Paul’s was able to capitalize on a rebound in front to tie the game at 1. 1-1 going into the third. The huskies came out red hot, as Kennedy Walker ‘25 and Kelsey baker ‘26 scored two husky goals at the beginning of the period to take a commanding 3-1 lead. St. Paul’s scored to cut the lead to 3-2, but Julia Loughlin ‘25 scored on the power play to add to the husky lead, making it 4-2. Huskies take the game 4-2.
