Huskies Fall to Nobles at Home

The Huskies started off strong today, going on a 16-5 run. But going up against the #1 team in AAA, we knew the Bulldogs were going to battle back. In the first quarter, Serenity was hot from the inside and around the arc, scoring ten quick points. Nobles hit too many threes and forced the Huskies to turnover the ball in the second quarter, and went into the break with a 26 - 18 lead. The Huskies came out aggressive in the third, once again outscoring Nobles. Elyse gave New Hampton some spark offensively scoring nine points in the period. While we battled in the second half, we couldn't get enough defensive stops, allowing Nobles to take away the win.
