The Huskies traveled to Connecticut to face Greens Farms Academy (GFA) in the championship game at Ethel Walker School. Fired up and determined to give their all, the team showcased grit and passion in an unforgettable battle that left everyone in Husky Nation proud.

From the opening whistle, GFA came out strong, using their speed and stick skills to maintain offensive pressure. Despite facing relentless attacks and a staggering 20 defensive penalty corners, the Huskies put on a defensive masterclass. The backline, led by Mary-Ann and an outstanding corner defense unit, held GFA scoreless on every single corner—an extraordinary stat that will go down in Husky history. The entire team worked tirelessly, sprinting back to support the defense and doubling down when opportunities arose, truly embodying a full-team effort.

While GFA dominated possession, the Huskies made several spirited offensive runs but struggled to keep the ball in the attacking zone long enough to test GFA's defense. With the clock winding down and both teams locked in a scoreless tie, the tension reached its peak.
